Return Policy
We gladly accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items that are unused and in their original condition.
Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.
If we made an error with your order or your item arrived damaged or incorrect, we’ll cover the return shipping and make things right as quickly as possible.
How Do I Return an Item?
Please contact us to start your return, and we’ll provide the correct return address.
Once we receive your item and confirm it’s in its original, unused condition, we’ll either:

Send your replacement item (for exchanges), or

Issue a refund for the item’s cost (excluding shipping).
We’ll notify you as soon as your return has been processed.
